1. Our Products
Ascende Athletics is a print-on-demand brand. All products are custom-made once you place an
order.
Important:
● We do not carry physical inventory.
● Orders are fulfilled through third-party print partners.
● Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
2. Ordering & Payment
We accept secure payment methods including major credit/debit cards and third-party payment
processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).
Once your order is placed:
● It cannot be changed or canceled after it begins production.
● You will receive a confirmation email with order details.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
3. Shipping
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays due
to:
● Carrier issues
● Incorrect addresses
● Customs or import restrictions
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
● The item is defective
● You received the wrong item
If this happens, please email support@ascendeathletics.com within 7 days of delivery with:
● Your order number
● Photos of the issue
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, product names, and brand language are property of Ascende Athletics and
may not be copied, altered, or used without permission.
6. User Behavior
You agree not to:
● Use the website for any unlawful purpose
● Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access
● Copy or distribute our content without permission
7. Limitation of Liability
Ascende Athletics is not liable for:
● Indirect or incidental damages
● Losses due to delays, order issues, or misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
